Eikestad Bouers was established in 2015 during a process of consolidation of various interests in the property and construction sector. We wanted to create a Beautique Home Building Company with the aim to assist clients with a full one stop service.

Eikestad Bouers is run by Franklin Smit who has 29 years experience in property maintenance, development and construction.

Franklin holds a B. Ekon degree and a diploma in Construction Management from the University of Stellenbosch.

Eikestad Builders is registered with the NHBRC, MBA Boland and the BIBC.
